Rosanne's Retreat Packages! 🎉

Hi Rosanne!! I am so excited about the prospect of working together on your very first reteat in March!! Down below you'll see the three package options I created for you based off of what we chatted about earlier this week :)


Payments are typically split into 2 payments: A 50% non-refundable retainer fee due upon booking and the final 50% due two weeks before the event. But I am willing to do a payment plan for Package #3 if that's helpful to you! If you have any questions at all or want something custom based off of what I've come up with below, just shoot me a text or email! Without further ado...

PACKAGE #1

(All-in!)


This package is meant for FULL coverage. Anything and everything you want covered for your retreat Rosanne, it’s here! The highlights feature a full retreat trailer including guest interviews that you can use to promote future retreats. This also gets you the most coverage time and media-wise, touching on all three days of the event and getting both professional photo + video coverage as well as phone photo + video for social media.

INCLUDED:


  • Full 2:30 Video Retreat Trailer (includes music, logo, overlaid audio, guest testimonials, footage from all three days of the event). View Samples here and here!
  • All Retreat Images (estimated about 500)
  • Creative Direction and assistance in creating a coverage schedule, recommending what to wear/not wear, how to conduct interviews, etc.
  • 9 total hours of coverage including:
  • Professional Photography
  • Professional Videography
  • Social media (phone) video + photo 

(I imagine the coverage split being 2hrs on Fri, 4hrs on Sat and 3 hours on Sun for a total of 9 hours coverage)

PACKAGE #2

(The Most Bang for your Buck)


This package is to get as much professional content for you as possible, Rosanne! Professional photo and video in this package will set up up for success for future retreats by giving you a full gallery of images as well as a video you can share with future attendees.

  • 1-minute Teaser Trailer (includes music + logo only overlaid over footage (view a sample here!)
  • 200 Retreat Images
  • Creative Direction and assistance
  • 6 hours of coverage including:
  • Professional Photography
  • Professional Videography

(2hrs/day for 3 days Fri-Sun)


Total Price: $5,499

PACKAGE #3

(Covering the Basis)


This package is meant to get the most basic (but still important) coverage for your retreat! I will be there for all of your priority milestone moments and capture everything in photos as it happens!

  • Creative Direction and assistance
  • 4 hours of coverage including:
  • Professional Photography ONLY

(2hrs/day, 2 days only Sat-Sun)

  • Daily social media coverage (phone photos and video of the day): +$300/day
  • Buy all professional video clips: +$2,500
  • Upgrade full photo gallery: +$700
  • Mini brand Sessions: $50 per attendee (This is just something I thought of that might be fun! I’m imagining about 5” per person somewhere in the house. Each attendee would get 5 new brand photos). You can see an example of what that could look like here!
